Nestled just 150 meters from the slopes in the charming village of Le Praz this alpine gem reflects the legacy of the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics and radiates a unique blend of contemporary elegance and Savoyard tradition. Built in 2012, the chalet’s design pays homage to the famous ski-jumping event that took place here.

Spanning 210 m² across its airy levels, this inviting retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully curated bedrooms. Each room bears its own character: the south-facing master suite with its snug desk and generous bathtub serves as a luminous sanctuary; L’Éclipse, inspired by a legendary downhill run, welcomes guests into rich, warm tones and calm sophistication; Plume caters to the younger set, offering a serene, fairy-tale vista over the valley; while Cow with its rustic, pastoral charm is framed by traditional wooden beams and bucolic views.

At the heart of Le Tremplin Dor lies a living room that invites stories and shared laughter, its suspended fireplace, designer lighting and natural-material finishes exuding comfort with flair. The open-plan kitchen, anchored by stunning Zimbabwean granite, hosts convivial indulgence and whispers fondue nights, early morning coffees from the Jura-bean machine, or celebratory toasts drawn from the wine cellar.

Outside, a Scandinavian-inspired wellness space awaits: a six-seater outdoor hot tub and sauna overlook mountains cloaked in alpine splendour, offering the perfect post-ski ritual. Practical touches, like the ski room with boot dryers, equipment storage, even cereal bars, underscore the chalet’s seamless fusion of luxury and mountain-life ease.

Le Tremplin Dor is more than a place to stay, it’s an ode to alpine grandeur, past and present; a restful yet vibrant refuge where Olympic spirit meets artisan soul.

Courchevel Le Praz is a place where cobbled lanes wind between centuries-old chalets, woodsmoke drifts from chimneys and the pace of life slows to a gentle mountain rhythm. Its village square, traditional restaurants and cosy bars make it the perfect spot to experience Savoyard culture, while forest trails and quiet paths invite winter walks and snowshoe adventures. Life here is steeped in authenticity and ideal for those who want to be immersed in Alpine charm without sacrificing modern convenience.

Located near the village shops, the Chalet is just steps away from the new gondola linking you to Courchevel 1850 in only eight minutes, offering the best of both worlds.
